This metal picture frame style is our most popular aluminum snap frame profile, making poster changes easy. All four frame rail sides of the mitered 1 1/4″ wide snap frame are spring-loaded to “snap-open” and easily snap shut and provide thin printed poster sheets and signs with a tight, even, and wrinkle-free grip.

Backing Board and Overlay
A backing board is needed if your poster is the typical thin printed graphic sheet so the poster doesn’t flop or wave within the 40×60 snap frame. A .040 semi-rigid styrene board and thin .020 protective overlay lens come with the frame. Place your poster print on the board, add the lens over it, and front load into the snap frame. Snap shut.
