The Ontario Hop knife is very similar to a cabbage knife. Primary uses for a Hop knife are harvesting lettuce and chopping cabbage or other dense vegetables. The Ontario Hop knife features a long 7″ blade with a 4 1/2″ hardwood handle. The blade on the Hop Knife is 1095 Stainless steel.
