The Ontario Cabbage knife features a long 6″ blade with a 4 1/4″ hardwood handle. This Cabbage knife features full tang construction for strength when whacking, cutting or chopping Cabbage. This Cabbage knife can be used for many other kitchen or agricultural uses such as chopping lettuce or other dense vegetables. The blade on the Cabbage knife is a non-serrated high carbon steel for good edge retention and easy sharpening.
