Installation Instructions

1. Inspect caps before each use and discard any damaged units.
2. Ensure there is no cracking or damaged fins inside the cap, as this affects fit and safety.
3. Place the cap firmly onto the protruding rebar end.
4. Push until the internal metal insert makes contact with the rebar.
5. Center the cap vertically to ensure a secure, perpendicular fit.
